About the protagonism of shippers in the days of COVID-19, in the context of the aí§ai fair, in Belém (Brazil)

This photoethnographic essay "talks" about the protagonism of the work of some social actors in Belém, who, even in the face of uncertainty and vulnerability, contribute significantly to the continuity of the tradition of eating aí§ai in Belém and its metropolitan region in times of pandemic of the new Coronavirus. They are: the workers who carry aí§ai, whose importance is revealed in the work functions they perform every night in the context of the Aí§ai fair, in Belém do Pará, amid the uncertainties and vulnerabilities imposed by Covid-19, as shown in the images that follow.
