Abstract

This article aims to explore religious practices within Argentine society based on the Second National Survey of Religious Beliefs and Attitudes in Argentina, conducted in 2019. The focus of the study is to explore the frequency in which people engage in different religious practices. Among those ones relieved, "pray" and "to attend mass or to the celebration of a cult" stand out as the most relevant, and are analysed among other variables such as religious affiliation, region and gender. Certain religious practices are selected in order to design a psychometric measure that gauges religious practices in Argentine population.
